Delivery:

Our handling time is 1 business day for non-freight items. Items will be packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and packing materials. Guaranteed to arrive in the condition as described. 

The buyer is required to keep all the packing materials and the shipping box until the end of the return period. Failure to do so may result in denial of return requests.

For freight items, a flat $250 shipping charge will be applied + $75 if liftgate service is required

Return Policy:

30-day return: we want you to have peace of mind when buying from us, so we offer a 30-day return with a full refund regardless of the reason. If the buyer returns the item damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, or the item clearly shows worse cosmetic condition than the original condition, sellers may deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

For items shipped via freight shipping, the freight cost will not be refunded if the buyer returns due to buyer's remorse. 

In case shipping damage occurs, the buyer agrees to provide the seller with all the information required to file an insurance claim.
